What is the effect of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms on the resolution of issues of culture and religion? Are the courts getting the mix right? Is the law falling behind or is it leading? These and many more questions will be addressed during this multi-disciplinary conference, which will be of interest to all members of the legal community. The event will bring together over 40 speakers from across Canada.
