Law Practice: Human Resource Management
This course is intended to strengthen your capacity for employee attraction and retention. You will be engaged in discussions about current HR theories, including the role of emotional intelligence in professional development, and the importance of teamwork.
By the end of this module you will be able to:·
- Apply different human resource and management theories within the context of a law firm
- Appreciate the role of emotional intelligence as a tool for professional development and human resource management
- Understand the importance of teamwork within a law firm, including the skills and behaviours that enable effective teamwork
This module is part of the Law Practice Management program and can be taken as a stand-alone course which can also be applied as credit towards the full Certificate program.
