The Law & Technology Institute at the Schulich School of Law invites you to the next event in the Eminent Speakers Series: "Speech on the Internet: Danger Ahead? "

Three eminent speakers will each address pressing issues relating to how we communicate on the Internet: How free is our speech? What limits should the law allow? How do we deal with speech that injures?

The Panel will consist of:

  • Lisa Munro (Lerners LLP), Co-Counsel to Conrad Black in Black v Breeden (currently pending before the Supreme Court of Canada)
  • Brian Awad (Burchells LLP), Technology Litigator
  • A Wayne MacKay (Schulich School of Law), Chair, Nova Scotia Cyber-Bullying Task Force
