Seeking Legal Assistant - Boudrot Rodgers Law Office (Halifax location)
Boudrot Rodgers is currently seeking an additional Legal Assistant as our Halifax location continues to grow.
Job purpose: The purpose of the legal assistant is to prepare legal documents, maintain records and files and conduct research to assist lawyers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform general office and clerical duties such as answering telephones, scheduling appointments, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Draft various legal documents
- Monitor documents, undertakings and deadlines
- Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating file progress
